DORECO may collect personal information in the course of its operations, including but not limited to:

  • Members/Consumers: Name, address, contact numbers, email, government-issued IDs, proof of occupancy, account and billing details.
  • Employees/Applicants: Resume/application details, government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), payroll, benefits, medical records, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Suppliers/Contractors/Vendors: Name, contact details, TIN, banking information, accreditation and contract-related documents.
  • Visitors/Guests: Name, contact details, purpose of visit.
  • Board of Directors: Personal details, contact information, identification numbers, and official correspondence.

  • Maintaining accurate member/consumer and employee records
